It is well known that perfume was widely used to elevate moods or cure bodily ailments by royalty and commoners alike. Even pharmacists, who knew of the healing properties of the plant oils used in perfumes, applied these fragrant compounds to cure several ailments of their customers. Besides the oil of plants, color was also used to heal. It is by no chance that a woman favors a particular color amongst various hues and tones.
